THOMAS LADT – SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Thomas, who goes by T., has over 12 years of experience in investment sales and advisory of net-leased properties and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the United States. He maintains a high level of control and service throughout the transaction process, from the initial underwriting and creation of the pricing strategy to closing the deal. Prior to joining Colliers, T. was a member of the National Retail Group and Director of Net-Leased Properties at Marcus & Millichap. In his career, he has sold over $1B in transaction volume in over 40 states. He is originally from Kentucky, spent a number of years in Connecticut and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. While at USD, he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and a two-year captain.
ROB SEILER – ASSOCIATE
Rob, has over 2 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is primarily focused on business development and working with private investors and exchange buyers for net leased assets and multi-tenant shopping centers nationwide. Prior to joining Colliers, Rob was a Sales and Leasing Associate with Pacific Coast Commercial and brings his expertise in originating, negotiating, and closing deals to the team. Rob is a San Diego native and graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
ALLISON MAY – CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Allison, who goes by Allie, joined Colliers International as an intern the summer following her graduation from the University of San Diego. Allie graduated with a dual degree in International Business & Real Estate. Later that summer, she obtained her Real Estate license.
Allie joined the Ladt Advisory Team in 2018 and provides marketing and transaction coordination for the group. She oversees business operations and effectively manages all tasks to help facilitate each transaction through the escrow process. Allie is involved in the Developing Leaders program through NAIOP and serves on the Education and Programming Board for CREW San Diego .
ERIC DAVIDSON – MARKETING COORDINATOR
Eric began his career at Colliers International with the marketing department and has since grown to serve as a Marketing Coordinator for the San Diego Region. He is responsible for the creation of print, digital, and web design materials. He has extensive experience with branding, marketing, and advertising. Prior to joining Colliers International, Eric performed freelance work for breweries, gyms, and retail. Eric hails from Haddam, Connecticut and received his B.S. in Graphic Design and Marketing from Central Connecticut State University before moving out to the sunny California coast.
SAVANNAH ARCE – MARKETING MANAGER
With over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, Savannah is responsible for strategizing content and goals, overseeing digital and print initiatives, designing avant-garde marketing collateral and presentations, creating and publishing content on social media outlets, and assisting in the overall productivity of the marketing team.
ANNA GONZALES – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Anna graduated California State University San Marcos, majoring in Human Development with an emphasis in Psychology. She started working for Colliers in December 2014 as the Office Manager.. Anna is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing current processes and procedures, and ensuring that the region is running efficiently. Prior to Colliers, she worked over 7 years as Senior Operations Manager, throughout California like Charlotte Russe, Tri City Medical Center & Kraft.
ANDY LADOW – MANAGING DIRECTOR | SAN DIEGO
Andy is the regional Managing Director for San Diego County. He oversees all brokerage operations for the three Colliers offices in San Diego County. Andy has over 33 years of brokerage production experience providing client solutions on complex, high-value corporate offices lease, purchase, and build-to-suit transactions. Andy is focused on expanding Colliers’ unique culture and delivering best-in-class client resources to each and every client relationship.
Andy started his commercial real estate career in 1984 in market research with then Coldwell Banker (now CBRE) in Downtown San Diego. Andy spent 12 years at CB as an office broker. Andy was also a Senior Vice President at Irving Hughes and in 2004 became a partner at BRE Commercial which subsequently became Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and now Cushman & Wakefield. Andy has received numerous Top Producer awards throughout his career.
